Masan Beverage Company Limited (MB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Masan Consumer Corporation, plans to make an offer to buy out Vinacafe Bien Hoa Corporation (VCF).
Masan Beverage has signed an agreement to become the strategic partner
of Quang Ninh Natural Mineral Water Limited Company, according to a
press release from Masan Group on Monday.
